'Violent' Lancashire man wanted in connection with stalking and 'causing unnecessary suffering to an animal'

A man from Bamber Bridge who is wanted in connection with stalking, assault and harming an animal is being sought by police.

Jordan Hughes, of Eaveswood Close, is wanted in connection with offences of stalking, theft, assault and causing unnecessary suffering to an animal.

The public are being urged not to approach the 24-year-old, but to report any sightings to the police.

PC Emma Brookfield, of Preston Police, said: "We are appealing for information to find Hughes, who is wanted for numerous offences.

"I would urge anyone who knows his whereabouts to come forward.

"Hughes can be violent and should not be approached. Please call police if you can help us."

Hughes is described as white, of slim build with short, ginger hair and brown eyes.

He has links to the Kingsfold and Preston areas.
