Award for Chorley nail technician
A Chorley-based nail technician has won a prestigious award.
Lisa Lilley, from Eccleston, was crowned the Scratch Star ‘Mobile Nailist of the Year’ at a glittering ceremony in London.
The 30-year-old said: “I was so shocked when they called out my name because the standard of the competition was so high
“It was amazing to win.”
